CD & DVD REPLICATION
For quantities of 1,000 or more, replication is the most cost-effective way to go. We create a glass master (also known as a stamper), and then manufacture your CDs or DVDs with an injection molding process.
Replication can be done for all types of discs including:
- DVD5, DVD9, DVD10 and DVD18
- CD
- 3" Mini DVD & 3" Mini CD
- Flex Discs - brand new green technology optimal for mailing
PRINTING OPTIONS
As with duplication, we offer a variety of printing options, including:
- Full Color Offset Print - This high quality print produces 4-color-process images beautifully, and is similar to the processes used in standard printing on paper. An optional white flood coat is generally used making it a 5 color printing process.
- Silkscreen - If you have a project that requires Pantone colors, then this is the best way to go. Our silkscreen process allows you to print up to 6 colors ensuring that your discs stay true to your corporate branding. Four color process with or without a white flood is also available in silkscreening.
Discs can be delivered bulk on a spindle, or you can choose from our various packaging options.
