XL Multimedia Merges with Immodicus


(Houston, Texas---) Houston-based media duplicator, XL Multimedia announced today it has merged with local competitor, Immodicus. This merger comes on the heels of the 2009 merger of competitors XL Multimedia and Atlantic Pacific Media. This latest acquisition by XL Multimedia will once again increase the capabilities and extend the client base.

XL Multimedia President Tammy Kosub has been successful in merging Atlantic Pacific and now Immodicus in order to create Houston's premiere one-stop multimedia shop. "This merger allows us to add an extensive global fulfillment system and improved graphics and video encoding capabilities for both Mac and PC platforms," she said. "We continue to expand our customer base and service offerings despite such a shaky economy."

Consolidation in the duplication/replication industry has been the industry trend over the last few years. "It made good business sense for us to continue our efforts with XL Multimedia," said Immodicus owner Bill Dudley. "We are looking forward to a strong future together and making a smooth transition for our clients and employees," he said.
